If you haven't received an order confirmation email or email with your tracking info - please contact us with your order number and address. 

We are able to make any changes to an order or cancel it during 1-3 business days since it has been placed, if it was not sent yet.

It takes around 1-2 weeks to modifiy the watch and process your order, then 10-20 business days for delivery with Standard shipping and 2-10 business days with Express shipping.
